PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To diagnose the consumption disposition of a household, an enterprise or the like in a computer-communicable environment by a method, wherein the energy consumption amount of a load other than a heating load and/or a cooling load is found and an energy consumption amount exceeding the energy consumption amount is considered to be caused by a cooling load or a heating load on the basis of the time for each unit period,
SOLUTION: The substantial whole-year pattern of the energy consumption for each load kind according to the attribute of a consumption-amount metering unit body is stored in the file of this load-kind analyzer. Then, a pattern which corresponds to the attribute of a received consumption-amount metering unit body is read out from the file. Then, the pattern which is read out is compared with the substantial whole-year pattern of the energy consumption of every load kind obtained by the load-kind analyzer. Then, on the basis of a compared result, the energy consumption disposition of the consumption-amount metering unit body as an object to be analyzed is diagnosed. Then, the whole-year pattern of the analyzed result of every load kind is compared with a standard pattern which is prepared in advance with reference to the attribute of the consumption-amount metering unit body as the object to be analyzed, and the compared result is output.
