Abstract:
PURPOSE: To more certainly fill a hermetically closed form with highly flowable concrete rich in flowability and filling properties by expanding the flowability range of highly flowable concrete.
CONSTITUTION: A vibration generating member such as a cam 4 is arranged to one side surface of the hermetically closed form 1 provided with a highly flowable concrete charging port 2 arranged on a floor plate through a friction reducing material such as bearings 3 and the spring always elastically bringing the vibration generating member into contact with the other side surface of the form is arranged and the cam is driven to apply slight vibration to the form to fill the form with highly flowable concrete while holding flowability.
