Abstract:
To provide a method for forming a metal sheet suitable for the production of trial products and small quantities of products of vehicles, furniture, electric appliances, buildings or the like, and to provide a forming apparatus therefor.
The main surface of a metal sheet 61 to become a part of either of a vehicle, metallic furniture, an electric appliance or a building is impacted with a shot 3 whose energy is controlled, so that the metal sheet 61 is subjected to peen forming so as to be projected to the side with the impact applied.
