To manufacture a plastic molded product wherein a label is surely provided at a specific position by a simple process.

A suction port 5 is formed to a cavity mold 1, a label is sucked by the suction port 5, and clamping is carried out according to a sucked state of the label 7. Molten resin is injected into the clamped cavity, and cured. The label 7 can be integrated at the same time when a plastic molded product is molded, and a process becomes simple. Since the resin is injected under a state wherein the label 7 is sucked to be fixed to a mold, the label can be surely provided at a specific position of the plastic molded product without any positional shear of the label 7.
