Abstract:

To provide a method and an apparatus for measuring an injecting direction capable of rapidly and accurately measuring the injecting direction of a liquid injected from a nozzle 20 having a jet hole 30a.

The method for measuring the injecting direction comprises the steps of holding the nozzle 20 at a specified position so that the liquid from the jet hole 30a becomes an injectable state, disposing a central point 32 of a jet hole axis on a measuring central axis 20 by a positioning driver 4, driving a drive motor 6 of a vertical direction and a drive motor 8 of a lateral direction at the point 32 as a fixed point based on position information of the hole 30a previously set at each nozzle 20 input to a controller 10, and guiding the injecting direction into an injecting direction measuring area 18. The method further comprises the steps of sensing a positional deviation of the central axis of the injecting direction from the guided hole 30a from the measuring central axis 21 of the injecting direction measuring area by using monitoring cameras 11a and 11b.
