Abstract:
PURPOSE: To efficiently, uniformly and certainly mix a molten resin and a curing agent used in FRP molding.
CONSTITUTION: A molten resin and a curing agent are respectively supplied to a mixer 1 from a molten resin storage tank 2 and a curing agent storage tank 5 by transfer pumps 20, 50 through transfer pipes 3, 6 to be mixed. After mixing treatment, the supply of both of them is stopped and a washing agent and compressed air are alternately passed through the molten resin transfer pipe 3 from supply pipes 8, 9 to be discharged from the mixer 1 to wash the transfer pipe 3 and the mixer 1.
