PURPOSE: To easily carry rails, and thereby lay the rails at an intended place.
CONSTITUTION: The device is equipped with a sleeper member 7 supporting a rail, a stationary plate 8b supporting the sleeper member 7, an axle receiving plate 3 supporting the stationary plate via a cushioning mechanism 4, and with a fastening bolt 5b fixing the sleeper member 7 with the stationary plate 8b. When the fastening bolt 5d is fastened, the sleeper member 7 is lifted up, and when it is loosened, the sleeper member 7 is lowered.
