Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for easily preventing the dew condensation and ice formation of an optical glass window while minimizing turbulence and suppressing straining as much as possible.
SOLUTION: A protection cylinder 6 which is thermally insulated from the optical glass window 2 is added covering the outside atmosphere of the optical glass window 2 which has been cooled to prevent the outside atmosphere from being cooled, thereby preventing the optical glass window 2 from being dewed or iced.
