Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and apparatus for processing a plastic film (1) having a layer sealable at a predetermined sealing temperature or higher by passing the film (1) heated to a processing temperature along the surface of a deflection roll (5).
SOLUTION: A cooling device (3) is provided on this side of the deflection roll (5) in a film feed direction (10), and the sealing layer of the film (1) is cooled to a temperature lower than a sealing temperature before the film (1) arrives at the deflection roll (5) to avoid the adhesion of the film (1), especially the sealing layer thereof and the deflection roll (5).
