Abstract:
To provide both a dry mold board producing method capable of efficiently producing a board having unevenness on the surface using a defibrated fiber obtained by defibration of waste paper raw material by a dry method and a dry type mold board producing apparatus for carrying out the production.
A defibrated waste paper mixed with a binder (board raw material) is collected by a drum-type separator equipped with a filtration screen with unevenness to form a mat-like preforming body 18 having unevenness. The mat-like preforming body 18 is heated and compressed by a molding mold 6a having unevenness to form a board 30 having fixed dimension and shape and unevenness on the surface.
