In this molding frame mold comprising a porous carrier 2 in which plural through holes 5 are bored through a plate face and plural elastomer pads 4 geometrically arranged and fixed to the plate face on the surface of the porous carrier 2, backing materials 6 present on a plate face on the back of the porous carrier 2, the elastomer pads 4 present on the plate face on the surface and connecting members 7 which connects the backing materials to the pads and are inserted into the through holes 5 of the porous carrier 2 are integrally molded by an elastomer of the same material to give the objective molding frame mold for molded compressed shell structure fiber panel, comprising the elastomer pads 4 fixed to the porous carrier 2.
