Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover useful metals simply and reliably from combustible members of the electronic substrates, without high-temperature fusion or oxidation, even when various types of electronic substrates are treated in a heat treatment furnace.SOLUTION: A method of recovering useful precious metals, and the like using a heat treatment furnace comprises a step of increasing the temperature of the inside of the heat treatment furnace, a step of introducing exhaust gas in a re-combustion furnace produced by re-combustion in the re-combustion furnace through an exhaust gas induction device and a step of processing the measured value of the temperature of the inside of the heat treatment furnace by a temperature management controller. Then, the temperature of the treatment reaction part is kept uniformly in an atmosphere of a predetermined temperature through the temperature management controller by introducing, for example, oxygen for combustion while adjusting the air introduction amount, and organic waste including combustion members is heat-treated in an incomplete combustion atmosphere. Then, the organic waste with combustible members oxidized is taken out.
