To provide a method and an apparatus for sterilizing adhesive bacteria, which are safety to the human body and can secure sufficient antiseptic capability.
The method for sterilizing the adhesive bacteria is characterized in that a member for wiping a wall surface is moved while being in contact with the wall surface, and then activated air generated by discharge is sprayed to the part of the wall surface with which the member for wiping is in contact. The apparatus for sterilizing the adhesive bacteria comprises: the member for wiping the wall surface being is contact to the wall surface; a mechanism for generating the activated air by discharge; and a function of spraying the activated air to the wall surface part with which the member for wiping is in contact. It is desirable that the activated air is generated by discharge in the air.
