The method for treating the zinc-containing wastewater and the like are provided which carry out a suspended particle generation step of generating a suspended particle containing zinc by adding a flocculant to the zinc-containing wastewater containing zinc, a pH adjustment step of adjusting the zinc-containing wastewater containing the suspended particle at pH 8.0 to 11.0, a pressure flotation step of bringing the zinc-containing wastewater adjusted with pH by the pH adjustment step into contact with a bubble generated by reducing pressure of pressurized water containing the pressurized and dissolved gas component to stick the bubble on the suspended particle, and a removal step of removing the floated suspended particle.
