Abstract:

PURPOSE: To achieve technique for arranging filaments especially on a spherical surface in order to produce a bolt structure by continuously moving a start point and an arrival point within a standard and repeating lap arrangement to obtain desired thickness.

CONSTITUTION: In a method for arranging filaments Fi on a semispherical surface 1 having a convex axially-symmetric surface, especially, a circular hole centering a pole or a dead zone 4, a series of regular points are determined on a reference circle R and Filaments Fi are arranged along a geodetic line from the start point Nid to the first arrival point Nia within the reference circle R. This arranging process is repeated with respect to a pair of a second start point and a second arrival point to arrange a series of filaments, that is, laps F1g-F4g. Subsequently, continuous movement is performed until the respective points of the reference circle R once serve both as the start point and the arrival point at the same time and a required lap arranging process is repeated to form a layer. By this method, the same process is repeated until desired thickness is obtained.
