Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify an injection integrated circuit by making different the pitch of the sensor of a TDI detection channel and a pixel pitch, and storing the information of a related integrated circuit during the reading of two continuous sensors by an adder. SOLUTION: Sensors C0 -C7 are arranged in the scanning direction of a TDI detection channel VK. A spatial pitch PP of the picture element of a picture link LK to be analyzed by the detection channel VK is made smaller than a spatial pitch PC of the sensor. The sensor Ci is classified according to the asceding order of displacement for the closest picture element, and the reading order and distribution of various integration cycles for the various sensors of the detection channel VK are decided. The number of adding stages in a focal plane can be decreased, and the number of transferring and adding circuits can be decreased by the detection of this distribution. Also, it is not necessary to provide a buffer memory by a phase shift cycle in a larger time than the processing time of the sensor.
