PURPOSE: To obtain the solid-state image pickup camera having usability at a low cost by adjusting a flange bag between a solid-state image pickup element and a lens corresponding to a lens of C mount and a lens of a CD mount section without using an adaptor ring.

CONSTITUTION: A solid-state image pickup element is supported by a holder 3 at a position in the inside of a front panel 2 facing an opening. A C mount and a CS mount lens are fitted to other side of a lens holder 4 where a 2nd screw is screwed toward one side to a 1st screw 2b toward a 2nd screw. An adaptor ring to adjust a flange bag between the lens and the solid-state image pickup element 3a is formed integrally as an extension. The 2nd screw 4a is provided toward one side while being apart from other side of an outer circumferential face of the lens holder 4 to extend the adjustment range of the flange bag between the solid-state image pickup element 3a and the lens with the lens holder 4 corresponding to the extension 2c.
