PURPOSE: To treat excrement as combustible refuse or manure for horticulture and to treat private excrement by everyone by adding water to excrement and grinding the mixture by a mixer and sending the whole part to a drier in the same condition and agitating it by a stirrer and sucking it through an aspirator after drying.

CONSTITUTION: A mixer is provided in the lower part of a toilet stool. The bottom of the mixer is opened and closed. A weight 6 and a magnet 5 are arranged and a drier 3 is provided in the lower part of the mixer. A disk 7 is provided in the lower part so as to be attracted. Liquid excrement is dried and pulverized by providing a motor 11 outside and operating both an agitation rod 10 inside of the drier 3 and a cleaner (an aspirator).
