Abstract:
To provide a method for bleaching cellulosic fiber material pulp, capable of decreasing the amount of a chlorine-based chemical to be used, more efficient than conventional breaching sequences and giving improved bleaching capability.
This method for bleaching cellulosic fiber material pulp in producing a chemical pulp is characterized by improving bleaching capability in the latter steps by washing a loaded digested pulp or oxygen-bleached pulp, adding diluting water when continuously fed into a bleaching line and performing heating extraction treatment.
