SOLUTION: In the method of dividing and distributing optical fibers, a weaving body 77, in which a single or a plurality of IP type optical devices 71A divided from an IP type optical fiber 55A to a plurality of optical fibers 55A, a single or a plurality of RF type optical devices 71B divided from an RF type optical fiber 55B to a plurality of optical fibers 55B, and a weaving part 75 in which the plurality of optical fibers 55A and 55B branched at the respective optical devices 71A and 71B are crossed, are formed in a module, is provided in a housing tray 73. The optical fibers 55A and 55B which are separated into the IP type and the RF type are connected to the introducing side of the respective IP type and RF type optical devices 71A and 71B of the weaving body 77, and one line of the IP type and one line of the RF type for each subscriber are distributed to the distribution side of the weaving body 77 via the weaving part 75.
