Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent the deformation of a tube body caused on a bulging part in a time of forming the bulging part.
CONSTITUTION: This is a burring method to burr a bulging part 2 after forming the bulging part 2 to bulge outside on a tube body 1, the tube body 1 is inserted in a die 11 formed with a lateral hole 15 and an enlarging groove 16 on the inner circumferential face, the internal side of the tube body 1 is pressed toward a lateral hole 15 with a punch 18 arranged inside the tube body 1 inserted into the die 11. In such a way, a bulging part 2 is formed, and a diameter enlarged part is formed by pressing the tube body 1 to the axial direction, and bulging a part, at least, of the same circumferential part with the bulging part 2 toward the enlarging groove 16 at the same time with the building part 2.
