Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology for a method, for registering/updating the call frequency of prepaid portable telephone for which call frequency can be purchased anytime and anywhere, by purchasing cal frequency of a prepaid portable telephone by utilizing a credit card or the like and in which illegal utilization can be prevented by performing the additional limit check of the call frequency, when calling.
SOLUTION: This method for registering/updating the call frequency of prepaid portable telephone is almost composed of a prepaid portable telephone 10, a portable telephone exchange system 20, a card information authenticating system 30 and a card designated financial institution 40 as shown in a figure 1. The portable telephone exchange system 20 has a call frequency registering table 25 for storing the maximum call frequency information or available call frequency information of each of prepaid portable telephones 10.
