Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a method for casting the cast characters of a gun arm capable of easily expressing the arbitrary cast characters.
CONSTITUTION: The shell mold for casting to be used for a method for casting a gun arm by the shell mold for casting formed with a character mold part facing a cavity 6 is constituted by laminating shell plates 1, 2, 3 by layers formed with blanked holes, a lower plate 4 and an upper plate. The rugged character prototype 11a of the character mold part is remained and formed of a curable resin in the parts to be exposed by character type projection and a character casting mold 9 is molded by transfer from the rugged character prototype 11a. This character casting mold 9 is housed in a shell mold by forming a recessed part.
