Abstract:
To perform coating workpiece of preservative with a stable amount of supply.
An electric wire 10 having a terminal is held by a holding section 72. The preservative 30 formed in a granular shape is guided toward exposed parts 16a, 16b of a conductor edge 16 in the electric wire 10 having a terminal through a guidance section 84 and is positioned and supported on the exposed parts 16a, 16b. By heating the exposed parts 16a, 16b and the granular preservative 30 in this state, the granular preservative 30 is melted and applied to the exposed parts 16a, 16b in a coating shape.
