In a pipe forming mill in which sizing rolls S1 are arranged, by arranging a die 2 with which extrusion and/or drawing is enabled, preferably, a forcedly lubricating die between forming rolls R1 and forming rolls R2 or on the downstream side of the forming rolls R1 and the upstream side, midway or downstream side of the sizing rolls S1, the roll forming, extrusion and drawing of the pipe are continuously executed on the same manufacturing line.
