PURPOSE: To shorten constructing period and improve working property.
CONSTITUTION: The ground G is excavated to form an excavated hole 1 of a determined size, and a bottom plate 3 is placed on the bottom part 2 of the excavated hole 1. The outer circumference of the bottom plate 3 is covered with an outer frame 4, and an inner frame 6 is placed on the bottom plate 3. A reinforcement assembled into a basket is placed between the inner and outer frames 6, 4. A liquid 7 is charged in the excavated hole 1. The top surface of the liquid 7 between the inner and outer frames 6, 4 is lowered below the top surfaces of the liquid 7 charged between the excavated hole 1 and the outer frame 4 and between the excavated hole 1 and the inner frame 6, and concrete is placed thereto. Since the top surface of the liquid between the inner and outer frames is lowered to place the concrete, thus, the side pressures added to the inner and outer frames are equalized, respectively, the concrete placing is facilitated, the necessity of using a timbering or a separator is eliminated, the working property is improved, the concrete placing height is enhanced, and the constructing period is shortened.
