Abstract:

To provide a method for producing an optically active homoallyl hydrazinoester in a high yield and in high stereoselectivity, in the catalytic asymmetric allylation reaction of an -hydrazinoester with an allyl borane derivative in a mixture solvent of water and an organic solvent.

This method for producing a corresponding optically active homoallyl hydrazinoester comprises reacting an -hydrazinoester with an allyl borane derivative in the presence of a catalyst obtained by mixing a zinc compound with a chiral diamine ligand in a mixture solvent of water and an organic solvent.
