Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control method for realizing continuous culture using an anaerobe.
SOLUTION: The continuous ferment system continuously producing an organic acid or an alcohol by using the anaerobe comprises controlling the concentration of remaining sugar in the culture solution by feeding a matrix, based on the accumulated number of consumed molar, to adjust pH of the culture solution constant.
