Title:
METHOD FOR CONTINUOUSLY PROCESSING SILVER HALIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIAL
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPS5674247
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To conduct continuous color development processing small in replenishing amount and low in cost and capable of showing stable photographic performance, by color developing a photosensitive material containing a color developing agent or its precursor after exposure as a color development replenishing solution is being supplied.

CONSTITUTION: A photosensitive material containing a color developing agent and/or its precursor in at least one layer of the photographic constituent element consisting of photographic emulsion layers containing a diffusion resistant coupler in at least one layer, nonphotosensitive interlayers, and a protective layer is, after exposure, continuously color developed as a color development replenishing solution containing 0W0.016mol/l developing agent is being supplied. As a color developing agent, p-phenylenediamines and p-aminophenols are used. As a precursor for the color developing agent a phthalimide type compound produced by reaction between an aromatic primary amine and phthalic acid, or the like is used.
