Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the back pressure of the screw of an electromotive injection molding machine capable of stably obtaining the same control precision as feedback control by a simpler constitution despite ON-OFF control different from feedback control.
SOLUTION: The electromotive injection molding machine is equipped with a sensor 21, servo motors 15 and 15, and a control device 30. The control device 30 is constituted so as to repeat a first process for controlling the rotation of the servo motors 15 and 15 on the basis of a first retreat speed command value 33 for letting a screw 13 retreat at a low speed when the back pressure signal in a plasticizing process for rotating the motor 23 is smaller than a back pressure set value 31 and a second process for controlling the rotation of the servo motors 15 and 15 on the basis of a second retreat speed command value 34 for letting the screw 13 retreat at a high speed when the screw back pressure signal is larger than the back pressure set value 31.
