A user side machine is connected to a server via a communication means, an intrinsic ID number is generated at a prescribed timing during execution of the software in the user side machine to be notified to the server via the communication means a password corresponding to the ID is generated in the server to be informed to the user side machine, the execution of the software is controlled in the user side machine based on the password, and a charge is imposed to the user in response to the issue of the password.
