Abstract:

PURPOSE: To contrive at reducing manhours for adjustment of a movable rack moved by an unmanned drive vehicle, by controlling the running and positioning of the rack with the use of a guiding wire.

CONSTITUTION: An unmanned drive vehicle 1 is controlled for running and positioning thereof, by use of a guiding wire or a guiding rail 4, and passes under the lower surface of a movable rack 3 in such a condition that a lift 2 is lowered before it comes to a stop at a predetermined position. Then, the lift 2 is elevated so as to engage with the movable rack 3 for moving the movable rack 3. With this arrangement, the movement of the movable rack can be exclusively made only by the rectilinear running and positioning control by use of the guiding wire, and thereby it is possible to contrive reduction of manhours for adjustment.
