Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cooking raw meat and/or raw fishery product with a microwave oven so as to be made as not generating a disagreeable fishy smell on cooking them with the oven, a seasoning material for the microwave oven cooking and a food for cooking with the oven.
SOLUTION: This seasoning material for the microwave cooking is provided at least with a food containing an organic acid. Then, the food for cooking with the oven is provided by seasoning the raw meat and/or raw fishery product so as to fix the seasoning material on the surface of them. The food for cooking with the oven is heated in the oven.
