Abstract:
PURPOSE:To correct line defects based on the disconnection of a liquid crystal display panel in a normal TFT system into dot defects corresponding to the number of disconnection at least. CONSTITUTION:In a liquid crystal display device in which any one of a drain line 11, gate line and auxiliary capacity line 1 is disconnected 7 or short- circuited, a line crossing the disconnected 7 line of the liquid crystal display device is bisected into a strap and a separate line and connected to the separate line closer to the outer periphery of the liquid crystal display device and wiring board surrounding the liquid crystal display device at both of terminals of the separate line, and the disconnection is canceled by connecting the gas strap to the disconnected line.
