Abstract:

To provide a curing method by which silicone oil is efficiently cured to a material having an ultraviolet absorption range of ≤300 nm wavelength.

When the silicone oil present in one side of the material absorbing light of <300 nm wavelength is cured by being irradiated with light from the other side of the material, the silicone oil is cured by transmitting femtosecond laser having 300-600 nm wavelength through the material and focusing the laser to irradiate an aimed position with the laser.
