Abstract:
To reduce the production amount of secondary wastes caused by decontamination.
This device decontaminates objects by effects of both chemical dissolution and mechanical exfoliation by pressurizing a decontaminant and injecting it from a rotary nozzle 3. Because a flexible hose 4 is used as one connected to the rotary nozzle 3, the hose 4 can be inserted from a valve open section 2 and the like. The injected decontaminant is recovered by using a drain line 2 and the like and is reused as occasion demands after removing eliminated radioactive metal.
