To quickly and safely deliver to customers via Internet the analyzed data of samples which the customers request.
All of the analyzed data of the samples which the customers request are converted into electronic form and stored in a Web sever, and the information of the storing positions is registered in a corresponding customer directory. When the customers want to have the analyzed data, they access the Web server from their terminals via Internet, and then transmit their IDs and passwords which a server requests (S1). The server authenticates the IDs and passwords compared with the content of the registration in a customer-ID data base. When the customers are authenticated to be proper (S2, S3), the server retrieves a data file based on the IDs, which is accessible from the customers, from the customer directory, and produces and transmits a HTML file which makes it possible to refer to and store the retrieved file with the terminals on the customers' side (S5, S6).
