Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of detecting a liquid level in an automatic hemocytometer, which can surely detect a liquid level in a measuring cell with providing a sensor.
SOLUTION: In a method of detecting a liquid level by an automatic hemocytometer which has electric resistance measuring systems 3, 4 for measuring white blood corpuscle, red blood corpuscle or plasma and has hemoglobin measuring optical systems 5, 6, and carries out successively a predetermined sequence, a liquid level in a measuring cell 1 is measured in accordance with a transmissivities detected by the hemoglobin measuring optical systems 5, 6.
