Abstract:

To provide a method for detecting polynucleotide, quickly identifying the presence or absence of a polynucleotide with a specific base sequence in a specimen containing a number of polynucleotides with different base sequences.

The method for detecting the polynucleotide with the specific base sequence detects the presence or absence of the polynucleotide with the specific base sequence comprises measuring concentration of the polynucleotide in a sample solution (Ni) before charging into a flow path having a diameter of 3-200 μm and having a path wall with affinity to the objective polynucleotide of the detection with the specific base sequence, measuring concentration of the polynucleotide in a sample solution (No) discharged from the flow path, and comparing the concentration (Ni) and (No).
