Abstract:
PURPOSE:To execute reliable aligning winding even when a substance to be wound is a linear substance having a high diameter deviation, by a method wherein, after the linear substance is wound at a traverse pitch (p) the number (n) of winding times, an n+1-th winding is wound at a half pitch and forms the first winding of a second layer, and after it is reversed and wound at a pitch (p) the number (n) of winding times, it is wound at an average wire diameter pitch. CONSTITUTION:When aligning adhesion winding of a linear substance 1 is started by means of a rotary driven device 3, by means of a signal from a winding detecting device 8, a traverse pitch computing control device 11 decides that the linear substance 1 is wound by a given adhesion winding width AN, and performs computing processing. A winding body 2 winds the linear substance 1 at a traverse pitch (p) further the number (n) of winding times to complete winding of a first layer. Since a gap between the final linear substance of the first layer and a flange 2b of the winding body 2 ensures 1/2 an average wire diameter dN, provided the pitch of n+1-th winding is 1/2 dN, first winding of a second layer is formed. By means of the pitch signal, the control direction of a traverse drive control device 12 is reversed and a second layer is wound, and winding is performed on condition that the pitch of the second layer is (p) until (n) times and following is the average wire diameter dN.
