PURPOSE: To manufacture a carrying-out device at a low manufacturing cost and with a short work tact by carrying a cut scrap out by a series of motions of a moving frame.

CONSTITUTION: The cut scrap 19 is entered into a scrap accepting part 10 of a lower shear holder 8. When a lever 15 is lowered with a cylinder 18, a scrap engaging plate 14 is entered into the through route of the scrap accepting part 10. After that, the moving frame 1 is moved to the right as shown by the arrow, so the scrap 19 which is left in the lower shear holder 8 is brought into contact with the scrap engaging plate 14 in the fixed position and carried out into a bucket 20 as it is. Conveyers are not required as in the conventional way, also revolving mechanism is unnecessary and the maintenance of shear edges is facilitated.
