To accurately control inclination of a hydraulic pump by accurately computing real inclination independently of variation of hydraulic equipment.

The device for controlling inclination includes: an inclination changing means 4 for changing the inclination of hydraulic equipment 1; an input means 7 for inputting a target inclination θ0 of the hydraulic equipment 1; an inclination detector 5 for outputting an inclination detecting signal V of the hydraulic equipment 1; an inclination computing means 28 for previously computing the real inclination θ corresponding to the inclination detecting signal V based on natural output characteristic f2 of the inclination detector 5 when predetermined inclination control signals I1 and I2 corresponding to the real inclination θmin and θmax of the hydraulic equipment 1 is output to the inclination changing means 4; and a control means 10 for controlling the inclination changing means 4 based on the real inclination θ computed by the inclination computing means 28.
