Abstract:
To provide a method and a device capable of more appropriately suppressing deterioration of a secondary battery as compared with conventional ones, and obtaining the capacity of the secondary battery as much as possible.
A method for controlling a secondary battery includes a step in which, when a ratio Rd/Rc of a resistance Rc of the secondary battery upon charging and a resistance Rd of the secondary battery upon discharging becomes larger than a threshold, the range of working voltage of the secondary battery is narrowed so that the ratio Rd/Rc becomes equal to or smaller than the threshold.
