Abstract:
To lessen rattles of a cutting blade moving to generate smooth and certain motions without noise emission and make the produced splinters small sized.
A scrap tape is cut by contacting and separating a cutting blade to/from the tape surface at a right angle, characterized by that the cutting blade is contacted and separated aslant to the advancing direction of the scrap tape.
