This tool is so structured that a cutting blade, etc., is attached to the tip and a handle is installed in the rear part in the swingable condition, and the blade is opened and closed through a coupling tool by turning the handle, wherein the engaging position of the handle with coupling tool is made changeable while the distance from a fulcrum to the engaging position is made changeable forcedly using a guide, and thereby the turning range of the handle during the operation is narrowed and also it is made practicable for the operation to be executed with a light force effectively.
