Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide real-time detection of the position and attitude of a moving body.
CONSTITUTION: A vibration roller 81 is provided in a working area 1, a first and a second reflection poles 82, 84 are vertically set on the vibration roller 81, they are covered with a first and a second liquid crystal shutters, the second liquid crystal shutter is driven to shield the second reflection pole 84 and first laser and second laser light LS1, LS2 are scanned toward the first reflection pole 82 from two points Pt1, Pt2. Scanning angles ψ1 and ψ2 of the first and the second laser light LS1, LS2 emitted on the first reflection pole 82 are detected, the XY coordinates x10, y10 of the first reflection pole 82 are calculated and detected, next, the first liquid crystal shutter is driven to shield the first reflection pole 82, the XY coordinates x20, y20 of the second reflection pole 84 are calculated and detected and the XY coordinates x30, y30 of the vibration roller 81 and its attitudes α,β are calculated and detected on the basis of the XY coordinates of the first and the second reflection poles 82, 84.
