Abstract:

PURPOSE: To improve testing capacity without deteriorating testing accuracy by installing an allocation member which hits small articles by reciprocating perpendicularly to the transfer direction and allocates the articles to multiple transfer rows on the downstream side at the position of a small article delivery member between the upstream and downstream lines.
CONSTITUTION: Tablets, which are transferred in four rows by an upstream conveyer belt 231, fall from the belt 231 above an allocation device by being released from suction to hit the outer surface of an allocation bar 25. The tablets fall to the central position of the reciprocation of the allocation bar 25. When the allocation bar 25 is positioned on the left side, the tablets hit the right side surface and are led to the right side transfer rows between a separation plate 37 which is positioned just under the falling direction and a separation plate 37 which is located on its right side. When the allocation bar 25 is positioned on the right side, the tablets are led to the left side transfer rows. Since the allocation bar 25 is positioned for the same duration of time on the left side and on the right side, an equal number of the tablets are allocated on the left and the right transfer rows of the downstream line to be transferred in eight rows.
