Abstract:
PURPOSE: To decrease uneven workmanship in development on a transparent flat base board when the unhardened parts are removed through development upon exposing a photo-sensitive layer containing phosphor formed on the base board.
CONSTITUTION: A transparent flat base board 11 is supported on a supporting table 12 at a level substantially, and a bar 13 for installation of a spray nozzle chip is reciprocated under the base board 11 in parallel therewith substantially. From the spray nozzle chip 14 a developer 21 is atomized off and thereby developing process is performed.
