The FM reception changing means 109 of a control means 107 changes the receive frequency of the FM multiplex broadcast receiving means 104 so that when the scale corresponds to a small area requiring the accuracy of the position of a vehicle sensed by a vehicle position sensing means 102, the time for acquiring the DGPS information is prolonged; when the scale corresponds to a wide area, the time for acquiring the VICS information is prolonged.
