Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of the fractional distillation of fuel capable of properly controlling the state of the fuel when the fuel of the internal combustion engine is fractionally distilled.
SOLUTION: The gas and liquid phase fuels are fractionally distilled in a fractional distillation passage 21 by applying an operation to promote the distillation of the fuels to the fractional distillation passage 21 while flowing the fuel of the engine 1 in the fractional distillation passage 21. The fractionally distilled gas and liquid phase fuels are led to the branch point 21c of the fractional distillation passage 21, and the gas phase fuel and the liquid phase fuels are separated from each other in a gas phase passage 23 and a liquid phase passage 22 by gravity, respectively.
